Signing a strategic partnership between the Stars of Hope Society and the CBR Society - Central West Bank
The Stars of Hope Society for the Empowerment of Women with Disabilities and the Society for Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) - Central West Bank signed a memorandum of understanding on a strategic partnership on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, in preparation for the exchange of experiences between the two Societies in the field of supporting persons with disabilities in general and women with disabilities in particular.
As this partnership is based on the common goals adopted by the two societies in the field of empowering persons with disabilities and their families and improving their access to all their rights, which prompted the two societies to enter into a long-term strategic partnership that includes joint work to increase pressure and advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities and protect their human rights.
The Memorandum of Understanding also includes a drawing of practical steps on the ground that define the features of future work between the partners, based on the accumulated experiences of the two parties in various fields regarding the issues of persons with disabilities and women with disabilities specifically.
This step comes within the continuous cooperation between the two societies in order to serve persons with disabilities and women with disabilities specifically in order to reach their rights so that the Memorandum of Understanding is the step that crowned this continuous and concerted work between the Stars of Hope Association and the Society for Community Based Rehabilitation.
