In this paper, Stars of Hope Society (SHS) and the Social and Economic Policies Monitor (Al-Marsad) discuss the policy of ethnic cleansing through the weaponization of essential resources—food, water, and medicine. The paper addresses the impact of this policy on Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and its repercussions on marginalized groups, including women and persons with disabilities. The discussion is particularly relevant given the heavy reliance of these groups on limited humanitarian aid, especially under the ongoing siege, both before and during the current war of ethnic cleansing that began on October 7, 2023.
