In March 2020, within the framework of the Protection Program (Hemaya), SHS and Al Marsad conducted a survey assessing the needs of women and girls with disabilities in the West Bank during the state of emergency declared due to COVID-19. The survey compiled lists of women and girls with disabilities across various regions and evaluated their access to healthcare and education amid the economic shutdown. The findings revealed significant gaps in accessibility, particularly regarding the right to health and education.
